I feel Amit is the only Stand out performer till date in this year`s Indian Idol!! Rest are all one step below him and that rest includes Prashant as well.I think Indian Idol is in that stage where anyone`s getting out wont surprise me barring Amit Paul. Prashant surely has a huge fan following, otherwise he wud atleast have been in the Bottom 4 last round!! He is a bundle of talent, that man Prashant, but for me he is always singing simiar sort of songs, or may b i got used to his voice and everything sounds similar to me!!! But as far as his performance is going with every passing day, I feel he is neither improving a great deal nor giving out a stand out performance which I had been expecting a great deal from such a talented performer. But with the episodes like that about Cigarette with Anu Malik, then the Chowkidaar thing, and Votes not getting to Sony when cast from Darjeeling area, these are in all likelyhood, increasing the number of Votes that Prashant gets!! I want to hear more from him and want to watch Indian Idol till the end so I sincerely hope that he does some outstanding singing as well!!!!!
