Your employer must be a dhoti company. Those dhoti companies hardly file in EB2 because EB2 requires more detailed financial statement. Those dhotis are scared to show all their financial statements. Because they do lot of frauds such as not paying H1B when employees are not in projects and so on....They also do fraud and manipulation in their financial data to avoid taxes. Watch out with those Dhoti Asss companies.
