I agree the ending was a little flat after all the excitement in the rest of the book but I think this is my favorite book in the series after OOTP. I think JK has hinted that she would write a book (proceeds of the book would go to charity) about what happened with the characters. I think the way she tied Snape to the plot was very interesting. I actually shed a few tears for snape. The epilogue was indeed a little cheesy but it made for a happy ending. I especially liked that they named the boy Albus Severus. All in all a very nice book to end the series....
