Mr. Bond, I strongly agree with FountainView. He is absolutely right. a lot of factors come in to play when it comes to salary. Since you have NOT finished your Masters yet, my suggestion to you finish it first. By the time u are done you will have few yrs. of exp. plus the advance degree. Then you can ask for what you want. You were lucky to have a job with Nepal's EE degree (no offense). Furthermore, why are you asking this question after two yrs? You have a bright future.
