one thing i wanna know is if someone is already in states on visitor visa...... but her visa is valid only for six months say till november 2007 but her valid stay in i-94 is only till september end.but she has got exam somewhere in december? now can she apply for extension of stay for december even if her visa expires in november or she has to go back to nepal and apply for new visa? suggestions sought
