Only thing i can say is previous trips to some western countries (UK, Canada, etc) might help to get visitor visa to the USA. However, there are many denials of visa when people apply directly from those countries (without going back to Nepal) during their visit. It depends on many other circumstances as well. It can not be generalized i think.
