The apartment (its a duplex!) is located in somerville in a quiet and clean street right off somerville ave, about 15 mins walk to porter and harvard square. The room is available starting last week of Aug/Beg. of Sep since I am moving from Boston towards the end of August and am looking for a female to fill in the space . There are a total of 3 rooms in the apartment. There are two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom in the first floor and the room that is available is in the 2nd floor with the living room. You will be sharing the space with 2 other girls ( one is a grad student and the other is a working professional) both in their early 20s. The rent is $400 which is inclusive of all the utilities ( hot water, heat, electricity, gas, cable) and if interested you can share high speed internet ( 15 additional dollars).
