In Japan, every year around October 10, there is nation wide sports day. It is national holiday. In child care center to all educational institutions, games / sports are played. I was very surprised to see that every kid is given a medal, and the reasoning was that everyone should be promoted, and so that no one feels disappointed. That is Japan's working style. I liked that, and I certainly liked INLS's prize winners long list, so that at the end of a few years on the road, every Nepali writer will get a prize. I appreciate their effort to bring Japanese style, and it will certainly promote Nepali writers. Good Job.
