If it were all to be true then I'm sure that everyone in this world would be 6 feet tall 
and most importantly, Tom Cruise wouldn't be 5' 7". Give a thought to that....An Average height for a Nepali guy is 5'4", anything taller than that is a ok..but not necessarily required. I'm sure that you're comparing yourself to the yanks...height doesn't matter at all, it's your brain that does the job. Napolean, Maradona, Martin Scorsese....just to name a few are way shorter than an Average person, but look at how they fare in the history books..
