Hey guys, I won some hefty sum this afternoon after playing Daily 3 ( Californian lotto ) and because of the amount factor, I couldn't cash it at the store as I'm required to file a claim. My question is, Can I , being a F-1 Visa holder, claim the ticket and get the full amount or would I be better off by asking one of my relatives ( U.S. Citizen ) to file a claim on my behalf?
