I would recommend San to allow even people like Hulaki to speak their state of mind, provided Hulaki writes with his verifiable Name in Public. By writing in his verifiable identity, he will himself draw a bottomline whether to go below it, and face public criticism or not. Hulaki and Maoists in nepal use nicknames so that they can walk in large unnoticed for the comments or actions they have taken under these unverifiable nicknames. That is why people in western world regard for verbal promises/contrals, signatures (they don't need thumb seal or finger prints), and written words. Can you imagine that you can not even make a verbal promise if you can not fulfill it, and you can be sued for making a misleading verbal promises. We came from a culture where even a verifiable signatures are fake and untrustable, forget about verbal statements. Hulaki can/will certainly jump on anyone who disagrees to him just like YCL does in Nepal.
