Dear Sajha Members The information provided yesterday is just a relay of message I received from AILA, which is not open to public but only to American Immigration Lawyers Association. It is assumed that the GC processing will be announced anytime just to avoid the class action law suit against USCIS and DOS. The filing period is going to be provided as a grace period. Yesterday, we also had a teleconference with USCIS and DOS regarding this matter along with several immigration attorneys. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE INFORMATION POSTED YESTERDAY AS THE FINAL AND ULTIMATE NOTICE OF USCIS. I will keep you posted immediately once I hear something. Thank a lot for the concern though.
