This is the beauty of Hinduism. I just love it. If u understand its true meaning, then its the most tolernt and eclectic religion. Anyone can just say that Hinduism is bullshit/ its the stupidest religion or anything he likes. And he escapes, totally unscathed. I simply love that kinda freedom. Just imagine something telling similar things abt Islam / Christianity or even buddhism.......Is that even possible? If u truely understand Hinduism, then 'atheism' is a sect of Hinduism which survived and grew long long before Christ and Buddha. Surprised? If not convinced, then go and brush up your basics about Hinduism and learn something about "Charvaka' or 'Lokayata" darshan or 'Brihaspati sutra'. That is "atheism' at its best. p.s. I'm not talking about the cultural practices of today that are being carried out in name of Hinduism. Anicient Hinduism is never equal to these sociocultural practices.
