It is a victory sign shown with each player's own individual style. And please do recruite, not only your girlfriend lakshmi, but you friends, relatives, cousins...maya, shanti, devi, sita, gita, radha, sanumaya...everyone. We need more women basketball teams participating in these kind of events. Hopefully and wishfully one day we will have somebody representing our country Nepal in the WNBA's. Now wouldn't that be something??
