How long? In 2046, Maoist did not wait a year, they started war. They spend 10 years in Jungle, that allowed 7 parties to run their autocracy utlizing Maoist word everywhere to settle all wrong biz. Then, Gyanendra came with 3 year time period, and gone in 15 months. Now, Maoists are in power, and their cadres in YCL run streets as if their Mao party is not in power. what is governance? A party in power does not announce street vandalism, strike, blah blha.... but should try to bring law in order. Now, you want us to wait another few more years.... yes, we will wait.
