Supplemental opinion here: If the couple does not want to budge-up at all from their very original 50.00% proposal then you guys might wanna move into a three bedroom apartment, you secure the medium size room and pay 33.34% of the household tab and don't give a damn about what the couple does with the other two rooms. I completely understand some people can never survive without living with room-mates and therefore are my suggestions as set forth above.
