i noticeed the thing abt nep girls in usa as well.. they are always wearing choto choto skirts. its like a competition. who has the shortest skirt is the best.. personally i dont like choto skirts. some of the them look very like prostitute type clothe. if u are wearing choto skirt wear stylish one so u dont look like tramp... otherwise choose something like pyant.
