well you need to show ties back home (relation, property, job) so that they will believe you will return back you will than have to prepare a letter from nepal medical council (they know how to make) and of course sufficient funds for treatment medical reports and letter from doctor/hospital here in USA including cost, duration, type of treatment etc. hope that helps others are welcome to share their knowledge
