Nepalese Embassy at Washington DC wants me to notarized power of attorney application, which is prepared in Nepal in Nepali Language, here in USA and before sending for approval. I tried couple Notary places in Houston but no luck which is obvious. Why would people put their name and stamp on that paper where they can not read/understand single letter. This is stupid. I would not sign any paper which I don't understand. Any idea/suggestion other than going myself to DC.... Please share. Thank you guys and happy 4th of July.
