Haribansa, You should have to notify to Candian embassy upon any changes like marital status ahead of Medical. When you are at the medical exam and fingerprint stage, you are almost at the point to get your canadian PR documents. Of course you won't get actual physical PR card until you land. In your situation, what you can do is, write a letter from your wife, stating that she got married with you and you want to have medical exam together. You probably have to fill other application forms. Fax the letter to them and also ask them to call you. There is no other way you can directly talk to them. They always called me when I asked them to conect me. I think you are far behind the process since your wife is about to get PR in a couple of months.
