hey dude, You can.why not? It's a good idea to apply before your visa exires..However, I have heard some cases that many got rejected from Canada. Consular told them to go to their home country and get one. They assume you that: if you are capble of paying tutition with out working; why not you can go to Nepal for Visa renewal..
