Our ex- prime minister Mr. Sher Bahadur Deuwa declared election dates twice but was not successful to conduct election, Our dear King declared election but couldn't convince political parties to participate and had to be satisfy with 10% turn out. Mr. GP Koirala and his Bhajan Mandali declared election for Jeth but Jeth came and gone without any election. Now this new Mantra of Mangshir...........hahaha.
