Last year, our Toronto team had to play 3 games in less than 20 hours in sweltering July heat. It was tough task! People like me go to ANA to participate in sporting events so it is important for organizers to keep that in mind. I recommend ANA take two steps.. a) If it cannot produce a fair tourney, then charge very less to the teams commuting. Maybe 100 dollars a team to participate. $ 450 is gambling and insane. After all they make enough money through parties and convention, it should come into organizing the event. b) If $ 450 is the charge, divide two teams in groups of 4, each team plays 3 games and the best team from each group plays the final. Less number of total games, the best team gets to play 4 games and the worst gets atleast 3. I think its fair. And on top of that, the team to win will always be the best one and wont be flukes.Make the tourney 3 day event.. too bad you guys wont see toronto this year ;S thats my 2 cents.
