Allright guys... I am out of this now. I did not really care if Ram Hari Subedi owned the domain or not. I just know that he owns the domain, and I have provided enough evidences to prove that. But that was not the issue. The issue was.. .the video that he had posted on the website, and had been distributing through his email, once Youtube banned the video. But he has to remove the name of the girl etc. as well on his comments etc. So, I hope people learnt their lessons.
