It is true that one can outsmart others but as Katziman has pointed you can not deny the evidence I guess its a coincidence that layout of xnepali.com changed as this discussion was/is going on...and yes google cache won't lie. And thats not all. There are other ways to find the real fact besides google cache, alexa, and whois.... I hope it doesn't that far. You never know what kind of people are out there... You are now a public figure at least in this Nepali web area, since you are saying that your site is the 3rd Nepali busiest site (based on alexa). You need to be careful with words. You might be right but so far with all these evidence your arguement doesn't look strong. So again please do your research as well, and try to come up with some strong and logical statements rather than telling people to contact dreamhost or whatever. If you are not new to this field then you should know that hosting companies won't release such information unless you provide some information related to the owner.
