hi friends!!! What happened... happeded!!! Its the time to act.... not to discuss!! So I want to share some of my friends experiences. Some of my friends also faced problem in the last fall. However they were able to convience the University board. For this, first you need to convience the department. State your problems, and make promise that you won't work in future and that you have learnt the lesson and won't make such mistakes again. Then after the only things that university can do is they can issue the new I-20s. Because, as far as I know, once you are out of status, you need to have new I94. So my friends went to Mexico for few days. And they got new I94 from the port of entry there. And remember that this the toughest part. You may be asked by the officer in the port of entry about your past record. Tell them the truth, and make some excuses for the reason of working. They may not issue I94, if they are not convienced.
