my friend was caught selling tobacco to minor. in fact the police men had sent that girl there to see if he sells it to her or not. he did he was taken to jail on bond for 50 usd he was let out few hrs later. later he was made to pay 250 usd in the court. thats it.dont know if the record will stay or not?? any idea???. well the police said it was just like getting pulled over if it was your first time.sounded funny to me.
