Exactly panasonic, Lets set up an account in such a way that the money will go to her personal account and she can spend that amount personally to pay rent, or to buy bread, or to buy milk, buy cloth, buy medicine, or to pay taxi fare to go to hospital or even save for her school etc etc............ .....................and not in a way that somebody else will have control on that amount and release it in installment or biweekly or monthly or don't release it if they chose not to!................
