mn guy I could'nt agree more! I am gonna talk to Dhruba and draft a letter to Troy Univ and we will collect signatures from the donors and send it to them. Then, I believe they will have no choice but to release the fund. Wat do you think? P.S. Once I draft the letter, we will pass it around and all the donators can print it, sign it and then fax it to them.(i think its the most convinient method, any other feasible suggestions are welcome)
