A person came to USA on F1 Visa, But at the Port of entry, they wrote J1 on I-20. Now that person's OPT is denied because of the two status(F1 on Visa and J1 on the I-20). That person is already graduated from college. So what the person should do to correct this? College has said they cannot do anything on this matter. Please Help with good and legible answers.
