I have seen people doing it as soon as they get the job. i had the perception that they had used previous experience from Nepal.Then I should start the process soon before it starts to back log. One more question.I got my birth certificate from Nepal, but I realized that it does not have mother's name on it.Will I be able to make a new Birth certificate from the Embassy here and does it work for EB2 filing. Otherwise I am thinking of making new one from Nepal.I had my birth certificate stamped from the Foreign Ministry. Do I need to get a foreign ministry stamp on it if I make it in English from the Nagar Palika itself? Thanks
