Ad posting as per lobor (2.5 month) 2. Labor Certification ( 1 month) 3. I 140 / I 485 filing together ( 8 months) So, within 1 yr you will get your GC in your hand if you do EB2. for EB2 your job requirement (ad posting) must say Master's degree.
