Hmm... Seems good. But why not Xform the existing colleges into universities. From the root level - What do u think about school(Below 10th or 10) pulling out from district exam and SLC??? Make everything independent. I dint learn even Basic thing till my 10th Grade. What about you? I studied from more than 3 countries and still think that even some of the aspects of the US or Nepalese/ Indian/ Japanese education are poor. In the US u also know, what/why/how. Education of Nepal is Rote learning. Japanese go very specific which is deadly for any developing nation.
