In such case it will be very difficult to transfer H1B. Even Dhoti companies ask for current pay stub if you are willing to transfer to another Dhoti company. My suggestion is that, keep trying to get a project of any length from your current dhoti company. Once you have worked for two months then you are free to transfer to any company with the pay stubs. I went through this situation and did the same. One thing, Never transfer to dhoti's company again. Dhoti company is just as a trian station.
