I worked on one project (about 9 months) as a BA and I havent been able to find another project for a long time (its really been ridiculously long). The consulting company that I work for has hardly been able to get any interviews for me. So, I am thinking about changing the company. I am sure there are many other Nepali BAs working for some or other company. I would really appreciate if any of you could suggest me some good companies to transfer my H1B. I wont need any training. All I need is a decent company with a good marketing team. I know "a good company" isnt a weel definied term (but a company with good marketing team, and a fair salary would work for now). And of course they should be willing to transfer my H1 and pay the costs associated with it. Please let me know if you are working for a good company or know of any other good companies. Your help will be really appreciated.
