What I would like to suggest you is as follows. Go to any bank and say u need a credit card. DONOT apply for a secure credit card if u are getting a regluar CC. Say them u can get a secure credit card from any bank..... Ask them what they can offer. It's up to u how you can talk with them. My first credit card ( without credit history) was $1500. Ask them what they can offer. Bye
