China can never be a treat to U.S due to the following reasons
1. U.S has a long tradition of being the world's most technologically sophisticated nation in the world
2. China doesnt have enough local technology and foundations to wage a big war
3. China has the tendency to unsucessfully copy the military technology from U.S( it tried to copy unsucessful versions of Sidewinders.
4. Chinese have never experienced combat after the second world war.
5. Chinese armed forces lack training,equipments and know how of hi tech military tehnology.
