Kobe waited 3 years. He thought he was MJ (or even better), boy he was wrong. What MJ did was, he would bring out the best of his average team mates, be it be Scottie Pippen, or Horace Grant. Kobie lacks that skill drastically.

Kobe die-hards would believe any word that comes out of his mouth without a doubt. I don't see any reason Shaq would want to make Kobe crazy either. It was all politics, so is it now.
