Hey guys this is a very serious problem for the national and international existence of Nepal and We Nepali. Why do we get same faces in the Power who were repeatedly ignored by the nation and declared as uncompetitive and unsuccessful? Lets talk about G. P. Koirala or Sher Bahadur Deuba. Now lets say, certainly Govinda Raj Joshi one day will regain his power Bcoz of so-called uncompetent leaders who favors favoritism and nepotism. .
On thee other hand, Nepalese people are not well-educated to understand all these problems going on among the leaders. In case if they know, nobody in the power gonna listen to them. Those who know about the situations are some students who are like a "Khahare Khola."
Now who is capable to handle the present situation of the nation? Nepali congress or Nepal communist party, or Maoists? Not really.
Now in my opinion, the country should be headed by non-profit motive educated intellectuals who has national and international experience in good governance and management. In addition these team must be accompanied certain non-biasing or non-interest groups who brings forward the national problem to the government.
Moreover, the property of every level of topl officers and ministers should be recorded. In addition, the slogan "Let's ignore the people in society who gives bribes and takes bribe"

To some extent, this certainly helps to uplift bruised face of Nepal. If this is not possible, Let me handle the country, I will change my nation into a Heaven.
