Bill getting a momentum is a long long ways from getting passed. That what they said in the last election year and the midterm election we just had last yr. And both the times the right wing reds knocked them down both times. Yeah senate and house is under democrats but they are TOOTHLESS. They could not even stop the president from vetoing the war funding bill just last week. They had to compromise and hand him the war funds needed. I WILL BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT. Till then ...NO MUSTARD.
