Lower caste peoples in Inidia are never treated as Hindu, What shuld they do. You can not imagine their lives.
Long time ago this is the story on one of my senior neighbour while he was in rular India. He was forbidden to drink water from the well. He had shown his proof that he is not an UNTOUCHABLE.
