I don't think I mentioned anyword to compare -bhandari- and -Poudel-. I don't know Poudel personally or heard much about him. I knew he was affiliated -NE.BI.SANGH.- . Therefore, there is no point to make comparision.
But what do you mean my - traditional neta giri- ? What is -modern neta giri- then ? Do you think -Poudel -is doing modern -Neta giri- ?
For me he is not in his 16th, he is also an old fellow...won an election..!
about eduction- he is well educated- like other Netas (some of em). -educated- and -competant- are separate entities, right ?
