I found lucky myslef not missing your post. You have got really nice rhythm there against both Mr. Nepal and teachers. There must be several unseen and concealed factors. For example, the day when the fule price touch the sky and other day you can find black smoke from buring tires in the sky again. The story doesn't end here. The next day from RADIO NEPAL they announce that the price has been cut by 2.25% or so.
Then we can a sigh of relief in both faces (govt. and ppl). I guess..I don't have explain here the answer for WHY here.
