Indian Robbers Kill Nepali villagers: "Two killed by dacoits in Banke" At least two villagers have been killed in Bankatti area of Banke district on Friday night where armed dacoits fired during the retaliation by the villagers. Three villages have been injured during the scuffle. The deceased have been identified as Patan Kurmi, 65 and Ram Bilas Kandu, 35 of Bankatti-6 Suryalalpurwa. The group of 15 robbers had entered the village at around 2 a.m. Bata Raj Nau and Ramanda Mishra were injured in the clash and have been taken to Bheri Zonal Hospital for treatment.
