How about another Koirala ( Bikash koirala from Chitwan ) stamping vote on his own supporting Pradip Poudel or Gagan Thapa Same pannel and winning the election. Can you ask about that with Gagan and see what he has to say and update that. if you can not update in 15 mins I will call my friends and update that for you.
