Santosh Giri ji, most Nepalis who have filed for asylum in the USA do not Qualify. Those who qualify can not even make it to the usa.. you know better than that... why don't you say something like call me and we'll work something out or something, if you're shy to say something up here...

Santosh dai btw, what do you think about this new immigration reform? will this person be helped /saved by it? what about students, will it do any good to students? what if some student drops his status by not going to school , just to get ready for that Z visa...
