Yeah Prakash Nepal (though I don't know him personally) is pursuing Ph.D. in Mississippi State University  and I know this because one of my friends Sangeeta (I assume you know him mampaka) is also a MSU graduate. mampaka bro! I am just guessing but not sure about your identiy. I know everyone from that batch and I often talk with Neelam over the phone but to be honest I still couldn't nail who you are. LOL.
