Hi, I was trying to setup a calling card business here in US. I have devloped/customized billing system for my use and everything else is ready to go. But ( I hate this BUT)....I have no idea regarding the legal process of doing Communication biz in US. We already have a company regitered. I heard, for any Communication biz that sends data/voice out of US territor must have some special lisence (http://www.fcclicenses.com/214.html) but I was wondering if that applies to Voip communication as well. I will be really thankful to one who can share his knowledge or point me to right direction. thanks
