I checked out the immigration visa bulletin for this month, and the DATES HAVE JUMPED. Under EB3 category, I know that the dates were Aug 01, 2003 for EB3, just a month ago, but now it has bumped to June 1, 2005. http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3236.html There's an article on murthy as well about it. http://www.murthy.com/news/n_bulmov.html That's almost 2 years ahead. I know I had heard rumors about shifting from the old system to the new system or something like that. Do you guys know what the reason for this is??
