Hey guys, I had applied for H1B visa through a consulting company. They told me that my docs were reached to USCIS at 30th of April(very last day). As I am graduating in this month, I do not have my degree yet that's why I had applied with an expected graduation date. Will there be any chance that my H1B visa gets approved without submitting the degree? The fact is that i got a job in a different company and I want my H1B visa not approved for this year. What will be the complications if got approved ? Thanks for your comments.
